Hampton Inn Pickwick Dam-At Shiloh Falls

I have stayed at this hotel now on 3 different occasions, all of which have been an overall very good experience. This location has a beautiful quiet setting, situated off the highway and surrounded by thick foliage, so it offers a very peaceful environment. The staff here are all very friendly and very helpful and accommodating to say the least. The housekeeping staff also keeps everything tidy and clean, and again they were always very kind and helpful. I love that each room has a refrigerator and microwave in them, which make longer stays perfect, while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle/diet. Thank you so much to the Pickwick Hampton Inn for a very pleasant stay! I will definitely be returning here for my future business trips to the area. -Ezra

Stayed in one of the King suites. It was very clean, beds were really comfortable and this location was extremely quiet to be as full as it was. I would normally give just 4 stars because the Breakfast was not good at all however the service overall is worthy of 5 stars. The network was down in this entire area the night we checked in and the staff went overboard to get everything taken care of to get checked in. Extremely friendly customer service with a smile goes a long way with me and is worthy of the extra star. Good job!

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is close to Shiloh National Military Park where we spent the afternoon. It is very quiet and in a very scenic location, basically right in a forest. There are plenty of dining options within a 5 to 10 minute drive so it is in a convenient spot. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. If you stay here, take a drive to the Pickwick Dam on the Tennessee River, it is pretty impressive!

Absolutly beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was tasty! The beds were comfy and the shower was great. The hotel is tucked away so it felt like it was hidden away. Perfect spot to relax.

Clean and spacious rooms and lobby. Outstanding staff that goes far above and beyond for their guests. My dad and I got caught up in an unexpected +7 in snowstorm driving up from Montgomery to Saint Louis. We had to quick book a local hotel before the snow made it impossible for us to drive. I'm so glad we decided on this hotel because the person managing the front desk Amanda was so incredibly accommodating and kind. After getting settled, we asked if the frozen pizza we had brought with us could be nuked in the hotel staff's microwave. Instead, she immediately offered to turn on the oven, put the timer on, and brought it out with knives and a metal over platter when it was fully cooked. Later, she brought out fresh baked cookies for all the guests in the lobby as well! That level of hospitality from a hotel chain outpost was so unexpected and so appreciated. We felt completely lost and derailed from our drive when we checked-in, but she made us feel so personally welcomed and genuinely cared for. Props to Amanda for going above and beyond. Hampton Inn is incredibly lucky to have you.

We stay here every December when visiting Christmas on Main in Savannah and every visit is consistently amazing. The staff are warm, inviting and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast is yummy and the coffee is always hot!

Very clean and modern. Helpful staff. Perhaps a little overpriced, but this seems like a wealthy area so that makes sense I guess. Better than average continental breakfast. Picky sleeper review; room was nice and dark (curtains worked well and no annoying bright alarm clocks.). AC unit was capable of constant fan for white noise, but was quieter than I would have liked. Room was across from the elevator, but was okay because the elevator lacked the annoying dings that they sometimes use. Hard to judge the noise level because the hotel was quite empty on the night that I stayed (a Sunday night).
